Mainline backed up into my showers & was overflowing on to bathroom floors. (Yuck!) …oh and btw it’s 7:30 PM on a Thursday night….now what?? Called Always H & P…(first time client) and they sent out Timothy within an hour. He hit the clog in the clean out drain and got everything flowing the right way…and even disinfected both showers because it was vile after the “water” drained out…as you can imagine.
Timothy was solution focused, had to snake out the drain outside in the dark & chilly night…and got it done in about an hour.
I’ll be keeping this company in my contacts for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough about TOM! He was amazing throughout the entire headache that was installing a brand new dishwasher, before all the cabinetry was torn to make way for it he installed everything during the water shut off and finished the job once the cabinetry was cut! Joe (owner and plumbing technician/expert) and Tommy (plumbing technician/expert) help us again; we are so grateful for their expertise, honesty, reliability, and highly professional in taking care of their customers. We have a dripping showerhead issue (for a few minutes) after taking the shower; Tommy came, diagnosed the issue, and informed us that the situation is perfectly normal, nothing to be concerned about; Joe and Tommy even waived the service call charge. During this past Labor Day weekend and during the severe heat wave my air-conditioning stopped cooling. I called Always Plumbing and was surprised when someone answered the phone on a Sunday. I explained the situation to Joe and my concern about the extreme heat conditions for my 80 year old mother who lives with me. Richard showed up within the hour and figured out the problem and how to fix it. Although the store where he needed to get the part from was closed he went above and beyond and searched other resources to find it. Thank you Richard and Always Plumbing for going the extra distance to make my repair and great customer service at the same time. You are now on my speed dial for any future needs.

At my office, we call Always Plumbing for every back up, leak, any plumbing issue. They typically come out the same day. Very helpful. So when my backyard faucet was leaking (drought going strong) and I knew it wasn't just a simple seal issue as the faucet is original to the house (50+ years). I reached out to them and they were able to come on the same day and Tim replaced it in less than an hour.

I went to use our TOTO bidet toilet late yesterday afternoon and it was totally clogged. I was certain my wife, who has dementia, flushed something that she shouldn't have but I had no idea what. Using our plunger was an exercise in frustration and I gave up on trying to unclog it. Since this was late afternoon, though I contacted a lot of plumbers, no one could come that evening. I saw the reviews for ALWAYS PLUMBING on Google and called them. A morning appointment for the next day was scheduled. Their technician, Timothy Thomas, showed up on time. He was very professional and outgoing. He quoted a price if it was a simple job and if that didn't work, it might go higher. I had to get it taken care of so I gave the go-ahead. It took a LONG TIME to determine what happened. This was no simple job. Tim had to remove the toilet and flip it on its side to find what was trapped. My wife flushed a corn cob and it was stuck within the toilet! Once that was removed and the toilet was re-seated, all was good. Well... maybe not my wallet, but it was well worth it. Yes, this cost more than I expected but how often does a corn cob block a toilet? Anyway, I highly recommend ALWAYS PLUMBING and Timothy Thomas.

Patrick did a great job! Worked hard to get around my washer/dryer cabinet and replace the broken valves. Took a few hours to make it here but once here the work was high quality and efficiently performed.
