Called because water under my manufactured home. Turned out to be a bad water heater.
Derek and Joe (?) came and was very thorough checking all the pipes and installed water heater. They were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Liked working with them.

Matthew Hamry came to fix our broken bathtub faucet.

Our kitchen sink was backing up so we called Always. They sent Eric Castillo and a new guy named Derrick who spent about 4 hours trying to fix the problem. They started working on the problem without even quoting us the cost of the repair. In the end, they were not able to fix it. Eric said he was going to take a break for an hour or two. Seriously? Additionally Eric didn’t wear shoe covers and tracked in leaves and dirt. We called the company and they sent another plumber Tim. Tim spent less than an hour and fixed the problem with no complaint. He was incredibly professional and knew what he was doing. Be sure to ask for Tim. If we were solely rating Tim, we would have given the business 5 stars.

I purchased a whole home water filter, and Tim did the installation. The job could not have been done any better and I’m very particular, but also very happy with the result.

They did a great job with the service!, but the admin was horrific. Never have I dealt with someone like this. Refused to mail an invoice, was quite rude on the phone, and called repeatedly. I had wanted my wife to pay for the service as I feel she uses the disposal excessively, but they would not let up with the phone calls. Eventually just blocked the number. I later learned they’d left my wife many voicemails as well. Absolutely unreal.

Chris was great. He was very professional and courteous. Straight shooter. He was right on time. Replaced or hot water heater quickly and it works great. Definitely recommend.

During our master bath remodel, Always Plumbing Heating and Air removed and replaced our shower valve including rerouting hot and cold pipes, repositioned bathtub drain for new tub and installed new manifold pipes for new tub fixture. The team worked well together and were professional, I recommend their services to anyone who is in need of plumbing repair or replacement.
