This company is somehow contracted through American Home Shield and they have been providing horrible service so far. I call Annabel the office manager and she just tells me she will get back to me every time! I called every week and they keep giving me vague answers and nothing happens. 2 Months, nothing has been fixed just more frustrations.

My Tenant was concerned about whether the A/C unit was functioning appropriately , so based upon previous positive experience i called Metropolitan. Adam came out and made sure the freon was at the correct level and the compressor , condensor, blower where working appropriately and measured the temperature in the unit with his own equipment. He assessed that everything was working fine and did not try to sell me on something that i didn't need just to make his company $$. Two positive expereinces with Metropolitan now. I recommend them and will be using them again.
Had an Issue with my home unit a while back and it turned out i had a blocked overflow line that had flooded my ceiling. Adam and his father cleared the line and installed a cuttoff switch so if it blocked again it wouldn't flood and start mold again. Well here we are 9 months later and the dust & schmutz that floats around CA clogged it again. They came out and cleared the line for me in a short time and helped me out very professionally once again.
This is a family run business and they are great, and stand behind their work, and know what they are doing. Can't say enough good things about them.

Metropolitan heating and air contacted me via American home shield when I had a furnace issue. I quickly got a response from them. They set me up with an appointment with a 3 hour window the following day. There technician, Adam messaged me 20 minutes before he arrived. He was very professsional, diagnosed the problem and had my issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. Great experience

AC broke they were assigned by AHS- warranty company, very unsatisfied with their service, their customer service is the worst, they deserve minus 10 if it was available. After the initial assignment from the warranty company, it took few attempts to get the first appointment by me calling them, they never called, finally they set a window of 3-6 for Friday with their technician, day before appointment, text message came in with confirming to take the 8 hours window for same appointment ( so they want me to stay home all day), once I objected with text and phone calls (Every time I called I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes and of course couple of time their lady receptionist hung up), finally set the correct time and tech showed up with some Mickey Mouse estimate, he added a 3 ton unit, mine is 3.50 ton, no other details, he made a note that need to be replace due to rust, never checked the furnace or anything else... once I called back the company to get the estimate, the same lady put me on hold and left for the day, never came back that day. Long story short, do yourself a favor, these people are rude and incompetent, they will waste your time and money, I gave up and thanks god never got to the part to see what happens if they actually perform the job.

Needed a wall air conditioning unit Replaced, ,guys that came out were nice. Three time them said unit had to be cut out and larger unit installed. They would get back to me. One week two weeks Nothing?? Left many messages Nothing !! Text message Nothing. Very Unprofessional . Finally asked my Landlord to CK and just said couldn't cut the wall to put New Larger unit in. I think this is BS and even so WHY DIDN'T THEY have the COURTESY to answer my message and or text SO I SAY DON'T Use METROPOLITAN HEATING AND AIR !!!

Technicians are at least friendly. Office is HORRIBLE in respnding to service calls. First time the Indian lady asked us to wait for more than 10 days for the appointment, and all of us had to sleep on the floor in the living area. Now the same issue occured 3 days after the tecnicians left, and she said this is now a new issue requiring a new work order and waiting for the next appointment (another 10 days??) When she says she will call us back it usually takes more than one business day! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Very poor Company and the fact that they are one of American Home Shield repair Companies makes that even mre of a Red Flag. Several bad experiencies with this company. Last one they tried to get us to pay over 8K for what another Company charged us $600.00 to repair. Do not consider this Company.

Scam company contracted by American Home Shield. Had to call multiple times over a 2 week period to have them send a diagnosis to American Home Shield. Stay away, they have no idea what they are doing. Horrible customer service and inexperienced technicians.

I did a warranty claim with my company. Metro came out and loosen a wire and said i had lose wire. So the warranty company dennied my claim. Beware if your doing a warranty claim. Take pictures before they come out.

I have Home shield warranty and they send this company to fix my Air condition.
They arrived on time and fix the problem in less than 30 min.
They know their job and very nice people.
