Eric came out to fix our Bosch microwave/convection oven July 6. He arrived when scheduled, was professional and friendly at the same time, and took care of the problem. We will call FUSE again in the future.

Came out same day and fixed the problem. There are probably cheaper options out there but they saved us from a heat wave over a holiday weekend and I am grateful. Identified the problem quickly and fixed it quickly.
