We have had FUSE come out three times ...first our elderly refrigerator broke down, second our A/C needed a heavy reload of Freon and most recently our washing machine ( only a year and a half old ...but, a rat had chewed its water hose ...flooded the garage). Each time the service repairman from FUSE came out ,he diagnosed the situation promptly and correctly . He did not try to add on ...he fixed the problem well, too. Allan did an excellent job replacing the contactor and capacitor on our AC unit that was constantly tripping the breaker. In addition, he did the full diagnostics and also cleaned the outside of the unit. He also checked the furnace unit to make sure everything is working as expected. Overall, I'm happy I went with Fuse HVAC for my needs. Highly recommended.

My technician was Eric. He was excellent!!. Prior to Fuse HVAC coming out , 2 other technicians from other appliance companies could not figure out or fix my hood vent. He figured it out immediately, got the correct parts and fixed it. He was professional, friendly and competent. The company was great communicating with me and keeping me informed.
