Great people to work with, the phone call answering team figured out the best time to suit my schedule and to get the air conditioner repair work done. The technician arrived on time and did the work extremely well.

When we called we were greeted with a very professional attitude, which stood out to me the most. The AC troubleshooting and repair process was also very smooth, making the experience pleasant.

Recharge refriderator and charged was gone in 2 days. They wanted to rebuild it at a cost of $1800. I called a different company and they charged it with some die so we couldfind the leak. The technician said it held at 200 psi for an hour. He recharged it and works great.

Eric came out to repair my moms ice maker . It wasn’t dropping the ice neither the cubed or crushed ice into the bin to get into a cup . The ice maker made ice . So Eric had to order a part to do the repair . He came back a week later and sadly it didn’t work still .
Eric did everything he could for over 20 mins maneuvering things around but it would not drop the ice still - so Eric knowing that we had previously had the ice maker repaired just 7 mo ago by their company- said let me take the entire ice bin and work on it at the shop and I will return with it within a couple days . Well a couple days turned into over a week however when I called Eric he said well I just ordered a brand new Ice Bin and I will get it to you ASAP , well that shows Eric really cares about making his customers really happy and this company cares as there was no extra charge for this as they knew we we had already paid a decent amount to get an old refrigerator part fixed . Eric returned about 8 days later or so didn’t matter with a new ice bin and he was always on time and wore a mask and booties in the house as mom is immune compromised. Eric fixed the issue and we will always thank him and this company for caring . I will recommend you to my friends and family members . This is a Company you can trust trust me ! Thank you very much Eric ! Eric had to come bask as my moms ice maker stopped for some strange reason but Eric and the Company were happy to honor the warranty and came out immediately to do everything Eric could do to get her out ice maker part working again - Eric did - I applaud his tenacity for doing everything he could to get it working again . Eric you are #1 in your our books and can’t thank you enough for all you did . I promise I will use you for anything I have come up and recommend you to any of my friends and family. People domt look any further this Company and Eric are amazing !!
