    They put in a new system. They said if I wanted to get the warranty I would have to have them come out every year. So they came out turn on the heater and that's it. They brought a filter out wrong one. I ask them what size is it. He was not for sure. So I call the company they finally called back they told me to measure it myself. What I'm I paying them for? The filter in there was cut to make it work!

    They came out to analyze a problem and left saying they did not know what was the problem. They claim they did not have the pin to a thermostat and did not look at anything else They charged $109 for that and the manager would not budge. I dispute the charge and an taking my business elsewhere.

    Beware!!! I really don't want to leave a bad review because I have used this company for years but the service was really really awful and it had been good for many many years. Not sure if there is New Management in place, but it sure seems like it. The supervisor that I spoke to who I think was also the one that came out to see what the problem was, was really rude, unprofessional, argumentative and seemed like he really didn't want to be bothered with the small homeowner if we didn't get their $9,000 brand new system. What really bothers me though is that it was a supervisor that came out and he never looked at nor diagnosed the problem that I called him out there to look at and when I was trying to talk to him to see if he would come back out so he could at least look at what I called him out there for, he tried to overcharge me for that visit too. This company used to be good I don't know what happened. They must have a lot of high-end customers and don't need the small homeowner anymore unless the small home owner agrees to finance an over charged fee. Something about the way Acme is doing business now feels crooked and predatory. Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Affairs should investigate. The supervisor came out took money for inspection fee (overcharged $125.00, when it was suppose to be $109.00) and never looked at the problem I called him out for. Be careful!

Adam not only fixed my issue quickly but also explained to me a bit about my unit so that I can be more knowledgeable about issues in the future. I will definitely be making ACME Heating & Air my go to people to call. My neighbor recommended me to them, and I am Strongly recommending them to you!!

    I would like to start by saying that I have never written a negative review in my entire life. I had acme come out for a diagnosis of my wall furnace. After they came out, I began having a new issue that I never had before. When I called the office to let them know about the new issue, I was met with a very rude and combative woman who basically told me I was a liar and would not take any responsibility for anything. She was extremely unpleasant and now I have to get the issue that they caused repaired. I would not recommend anyone use Acme Heating, I've never spoken with a more unprofessional customer service rep in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Adam was fabulous! He accurately accessed the issues with my wall heater and throughly inspected every aspect including the condition of the ventilation on top of the roof. He pointed out the specific areas that were cracked and/or deteriorated and explained our options. No attempts at up selling , no pressure what so ever. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Their dispatcher was equally professional and confirmed our appt the day prior. She also called to advise that their technician had finished his previous job sooner than expected and could arrive 30 minutes earlier if convenient for us! Their service call fee is half the rate of other companies and was waived/applied if we choose to have them do the job. I highly recommend this company and fine their entire manner of conducting their business outstanding.

    This company has the worst customer service skills. The receptionist does not follow through with what she says, nor does she follow instructions and tries to talk over you. The supervisor has some sort of memory loss and does not hold her receptionist accountable for her wrongful actions/comments even after saying she would. The service tech didn't follow our requests either, then tried to blame us. All we asked for was better communication, nicer employees and a copy of the invoice/receipt WE already paid for and have not gotten since the 28th of August. Oh, and they do not reply to the emails either...the worst!!! No wonder they have such a low rate on their reviews, wish i would've checked first before hiring them. Definitely will not be using their services EVER again.

    We have had a great deal of work done by Acme, and all of it has been first class. They replaced our heater, added air conditioning to our home and did the same with a rental we had. Was it cheap? NO! But I was not looking for cheap. I was looking for high quality, good workmanship, and a dependable company. I got that and more. They were on time, cleaned up, and were positive and friendly as they worked in our home. I recommend this family company highly.

    !!!WARNING!!! Do not contact this company for any reason. They charge me $500.00 for trying to fix an AC unit which only worked for half an hour after the serviceman walked out the door. Their account manager, Terry, did not take responsibility for the incomplete service, and lacks customer service skills (I don't know where they hire their staff). Their serviceman do not have the knowledge or the skill to perform any repairs. They simply take your money.
