Gabby, Kristy and Supervisor were extremely unprofessional. Our company owns over a 1000 units and due to Kristy never sending me the application for us to have an account as a continuous customer instead I received attitude because I called back in trying to obtain service. The Supervisor has no people skills and I see now why they only have 2.5 stars. This company will fold in two more years. Word of mouth travels and ACTME, acts as if they do not need business. From 12/19 to date I never received the documents to set up my account. Customer service and their service department is HHHOORRRIBLE. I WISH THEIR BUSINESS LUCK
This has to be the worst customer service I've received in years! Incompetent Terry called 4 times and expected for me to pick-up during a meeting on a Monday and change our already preset scheduled appointment. The fact that she was trying to charge us before arriving to the property and making excuses for her technician is totally unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money with these people.
Ahh, expensive but outstanding work. The guys who came and fixed my heater were really nice, and it was easy to talk to them. Ill be sure to call them again. Work is expensive, but as I said before, it's outstanding work!
Excellent contractor. Fantastic work. If there is any problems they will fix it immediately. Great customer service. This operation is a true example of how a contractor should operate.

They tried to fix my AC, took 4.5 hrs for what I later discovered was a 1 hr repair.
The AC stopped working after a day. I contacted them and they said (over text):
"Our business is concluded please find another HVAC company"
