LA HVAC SERVICE PRO

Shahid and his partner Faizan did a great job installing our MrCool mini split in our living room. We bought a 12k BTU 22 SEER unit from Amazon and paid for the installation. We might get a 2 zone installed in the center of the house and would definitely hire them again to do that work. We needed one in the common area to stay warm during the rain and the cold and this will certainly do the job. I'll be keeping track our electricity bill this year to see the savings, but for now, I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Shahid was timely and responsive. He quickly troubleshooted my HVAC system and had it working in 10 minutes. He also investigated and found an additional issue which if my corrected could have costed my hundreds of dollars. He explained things to me in a a very professional manner and his service call price was more than far. I will be doing more business with him in the future.

My Air conditioning went out on me for the first time during the fourth of July weekend. I notified the Apartment landlord and management company as well, they did nothing for me. I contacted several HVAC techs and businesses to no avail. Noone would come out until Tuesday after the Holiday. I came across LA HVAC and Shahid was over here within the hour. The AC system has had issues two other times after that due to failure of ever being maintained by the property owner. Again, I called LA HVAC and Shahid and his other coworker came out within the hour to fix my issue both times. They are really nice people, trustworthy, and stand by their word. They don't just come do a job, take the money And then you can never reach them again. The three time's I have needed them, were not normal 9-5 hour's. I won't use anyone else. And My neighbor just had an issue with her AC going off And I referred her to LA HVAC and now she uses them as well. I am very comfortable with all of the employees of LA HVAC.

I'm so grateful to Shahid and the rest of his team. I called them 3 minutes before closing time with what I was afraid could be an emergency situation. He assured that he would be out first thing in the morning. It turned out to be a minor issue, and he was kind and conscientious, checking everything out to make sure there was no damage. Didn't even charge us for it. Really feel like these guys care about helping people and not just making a quick buck! I will definitely call them again in the future. Strong recommend for this class act operation!
