Our air conditioner broke down and we needed a new one. The technician came and installed the new conditioner very quickly. The service was exceptionally great.

Fast, same day appointment. Service Tech was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. EVERYONE we were in contact with at Manny's was equally friendly and responsive. Technician even reached out to me after hours to keep us updated on status of your order. HIGHLY recommend!

We had an intermittent problem with our AC/heat: the fan would blow, but no heat or cool came out. The first repair place I called sent a guy who chatted a lot, would not keep his mask up, couldn't find the problem, and up-sold us some parts we probably need. The intermittent problem continued. My wife did not want to call the same company ever again. So we tried Manny's. I liked their many good reviews and the fact that they proudly proclaimed they were vaccinated and always wore masks. Well, they weren't immediately available but had a cancellation. Nice young man showed up, properly masked. Listened carefully to what we had to say and spent his time trying to solve the problem. Eventually, he found several loose connections that the other guy should've seen. Problem solved! Moreover, the bill will be emailed and there was no paperwork to sign--which is safer in these pandemic times. I know who I will call next time. You couldn't ask for better!
