My experience here was good. I let them do their job. The price was right and I felt in good hands after leaving. P.s. If your going to wait there make sure to cancel any appointment because it takes like to 2 hours or more to do the whole A/C process for your vehicle or you can just leave it there and come back.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T COME HERE! Very Rude! Irresponsible! Has no accountability! We took my car in 2 weeks ago to get the ac hose repaired and Freon. He had to order the ac hose, which was going to arrive in 2 weeks. We were going to leave everything paid for but the owner insisted we only paid for the freon, $100, and pay the rest, $160, when the rest of the job was done. I drive back to LA 2 weeks after, a 2 hour drive with no ac, to get this repaired. I get there and the owner stares at me as of he’s mad, not even greeting me. I walk up to him, greet him, as if I was the owner, explain to him we has been there 2 weeks prior and all he says is “I don’t remember, I don’t remember” already with a negative attitude. I go to the car, pull out the receipt for the freon, I hand it over and he’s not even grabbing it. His response is, “I don’t have the house here, what do you want me to do?” I said, “you said you ordered the part from Moreno Valley and you should received it in 2 weeks”. That was 2 weeks ago. He’s response “I don’t have a phone number to contact you”. Our phone number was in the top right of the receipt. He kept yelling “ well I don’t have the part, what do you want me to do? You go get the ac hose, put it on then come back and I’ll put the freon.” I don’t know how to do it, that’s why I came to an ac repair shop. We kept going back and forth and asked him to give me my money back. It was a waste of time, gas, and suffering in the heat for 2 hours for him to have that attitude. Not even an apology for him forgetting to order the part.WORST SERVICE EVER
Because you need to leave a comment you have to at least give a star, but this particular business do not deserve even that, this person who was working on one vehicle told that if I want to get the service for my car either wait for 3 or 4 hour or leave and come back later but he won’t guarantee me if I get back I wouldn’t have to wait 3 plus hours before he finished with the cars in front of me with. He was very rude and unprofessional.
The owner was really rude and honestly i think he’s to old to even know what he’s doing just by me asking two questions he denied me service saying I’m not able to do repairs I just filled up the tank with liquid freeze but i do not repair so my question is then why do you promote something you are not able to do
I see some comments about their attitude having to do with race., trust me, that is not the case. I am Mexican and was treated very bad too. I do not recommend this place at all, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
My partner was ignored even though he was 2nd in line. He is a African American and the man only spoke in Spanish. Once my partner got their attention they said they could not help and they only do freon which is untrue. My partner felt they where overlooked because of being African American everyone else where Mexican. This place and attitude is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Have problems with my heater and the owner explained to me in detail what the issue was with my vehicle. Was not able to get it repaired but the man knows his stuff. Thank you.
Got one star, but if I could I would give less. For sure a ( -5⭐) rating. The workers are extremely rude and disrespectful with very little desire to help or service any amicable customer. Save your money, and go around the corner on Alameda St. (anywhere btwn. Firestone and Florence) where you can find more than handful of good respectful Auto repair shops that do AC for a better price as well. I stopped on the SW corner of Alameda and Nadeau where I got a good deal on my AC with guarantee and a professional attitude. Climas will not have my business ever again.
