This is the second time I’ve had to replace my water heater in 20 years. Both times I called Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair. They installed my last water heater in 2008, and when it stared to leak last week I immediately called Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair. The following day they were there to take out old heater and replaced it with a great new model. Thanks again to Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair. Great company, would differently recommend this company. They’re fast, reliable and get the job done. Nothing worse than seeing a pool of water on your garage floor with no hot water.

I would just like to say that the service we received from Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair in January was wonderful. The technician came out and wasn’t pushy to sell us a water heater. He explained about the type of water heater they sell and he showed us how turn off the water and pilot light, etc. He did the installation and was very nice. I’m hopeful we won’t need to invest in another one for a long time. Thank you very much.

The technician who installed our water heater tank, provided us a very excellent customer service. From the get-go, he was prompt, honest, and courteous, Also, he offered help and gave me a much-needed expertly advise on how to do some other plumbing repair issues. On Thursday I started my day with a leaky water heater in the garage. I called 3 water heater services. Two offered estimates for $70-75 and the other said Friday PM for estimate. I called Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair and got an in person estimate from Joe. I accepted the bid and Joe began work at 1:30 PM. At 3:45 The heater was on and I had hot water. Joe installed new earthquake straps and water and gas plumbing also. He was very professional and timely in his work. I recommend this group very highly.

Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair technician showed up on time. We had an initial problem because I’d called for a water heater, but didn’t mention that mine was electric. When he saw that, he called his office and had an electric one delivered. He was friendly, quick, and professional. I’ve used this company in the past and will do so again if the need arises.

Water heater was leaking on Sunday. I called this company on Sunday night and shut down water heater. Monday, I called several companies and find out this company is reliable and have a lot of good review. Loni installed very professionally and he is knowledgeable person ever I know. He firmly installed to protect each quake and perfectly connect water pipe, gas pipe and chimney. It’s great experience for me.

My technician from Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair came out and fixed our air conditioner which had stopped working. Such a nice guy, does great work, honest and was here an hour earlier than expected. Great local company to deal with highly recommend.

The day I went into the hospital for surgery, our water heater died. My wife called Local Fresh Air & Heater Repair (we have used them before) to replace the one located in the attic. The space is very compressed and the first installer was just too large to complete the job. He called the office and they sent out PeniB who was smaller and could fit into the space. He did a fantastic job of the install. We will always use this company when we need a new water heater. Thank you!!
