They installed the complete central heating and cooling system in 1 day for our house that was built in 1955 with no ducts and a shallow attic. Very good communication via sms, phone, and video calls. They're honest and friendly people. Plus, always nice to support a local business. We're very happy with their service!

I am a realtor in escrow on a property and the inspector could not access the hvac unit through the attic crawl space. I was in a crunch and needed someone asap to inspect the hvac unit, my regular guy was over booked and not available. I found hvac inspections on yelp the business had 5 stars and positive reviews so I decided to give the business a call. I called Matt I explained the situation to him he was happy to help. Matt and Felipe came they needed to climb on the roof and the roof was about 25 feet high. The ladder they had was not long enough so they went to home depot to purchase a longer one. They climed on top of the roof checked out the unit. They went over and beyond for me and my clients. I am so grateful not only did he come out on his day off they did not have a long enough ladder and went out and purchased a longer one and got the job done. I really appreciate them and my clients were pleased. I will be using them again they were very professional and prompt and details. Loved the service I recievd. Would recommend.

I called 'HVAC Inspections of LA' because I needed to inquire about having an inspection done on a new AC/Heating unit. This unit was purchased from and installed by another company (they will remain nameless). After relating the story of a botched install and fairly consistent problems with said new unit, Matt, the owner of hvac inspections of LA talked with me at length with how I should proceed in dealing with the install company. I sent him some info via email and he responded immediately in both email and over the phone. He did all of this for absolutely no charge. This is rare in today's world. I would not hesitate at all to use HVAC of LA for any of my future heating and air needs. 5 very gold stars for these guys!

Southland HVAC aka HVAC Inspection LA were so amazing throughout the process of my new HVAC and Heat installation. They were very knowledgable of the products and even put me in contact with someone to FaceTime walk me through programming my settings. When it was time for the City Inspection, Ravit from their team came out early to open up and prepare the unit for inspection. She was absolutely amazing and has the best customer service skills. This company really is full service and they don't disappear after the install! They were there for any question I had. I went with the Fujitsu system they have and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you to Matthew, Ravit, and all of the people behind the scenes who helped give me heat and air :)

great service from start to finish. matthew came in to walk thru and provide estimate. he broke down all the details other estimates may have missed and even had better equipment! was kind of a big job with installation of 4 min-splits and condenser, but they brought enough guys to get it done in 1 day. they even stayed later to try to get the wifi to connect. love the system - quiet and looks good! thanks, guys!
