We're in escrow on a condo and had Matt do our inspection of its air-conditioning and heating system. He was knowledgeable, very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done in clear, understandable detail. Then he followed up quickly with a comprehensive report for both us and our agent, along with a solid game plan in terms of approaching the seller with our report and needs. Moreover, he was completely chill when we had to reschedule twice at the last minute given our seller's changing timetable. We're very glad we found Matt!

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable from a quote to finishing the job. I received a couple bids on a full AC system and HVAC Inspections beat them and insisted on zero shortcuts at a great price. Great quality and solid warranty equipment was used. AC compressor was on the slimmer side too which was great.

Matthew, was prompt, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to come and do an HVAC inspection on short notice, for a property I just opened escrow on. From his inspection he was able to identify costly and potentially hazardous issues with the previous work that had been done. Issues that would not have discovered otherwise until it was too late.

He documented everything that needed to be done, walked me through all the issues he saw, explained why each of them were issues and explained clearly what my options were for addressing all of them.
