He fixed our refrigerator. Came at the time he said he would be was very clear in the service charge message. He was thorough but very quick to diagnose the problem, came to an agreement on the price of the repair, did a great job of fixing it and ensured he cleaned and put everything back in the fridge.

Very pleased with the fact I was able to get my washing machine fixed the same day. Tech did a fantastic job with the replacement of the drain pump and voilà up and running like new. Thank you!

I called them to check for a leak in my washing machine. The two guys arrived on time. They figured out what was causing the leak, fixed it on the spot (leaky gasket!), and gave me some tips on caring for my washing machine.
