What a pleasure to do business with Them. I read the great reviews and decided to try Hermosa Beach HVAC, Air Conditioning & Heating when my twelve year old Maytag Neptune 5500 dryer was assembled. Scheduling the diagnostic visit was easy and He showed up right at the start of the time window. He told us that the parts were out of stock, but we could try to buy a used one on eBay. He was very candid about the risks of using used parts versus buying a brand new dryer. We were shopping around for a new dryer but then found a seller on eBay who had a used replacement part. The seller also had excellent ratings, and we decided to take a chance. Today He came again and delivered the spare part. The dryer works great, we don't add another piece to the landfill. He also gave us tips on how to maintain the dryer by cleaning the air ducts every couple of years.

Hermosa Beach HVAC, Air Conditioning & Heating did a great job fixing the washer and dryer. They were very friendly from the first phone call and continued through the first support call to the actual repair. Everywhere they were very professional, and explained all the questions that I had about the repair. As others have mentioned, they were very honest and straight forward, in addition to being very skilled at what they do! We will definitely be calling them in the future for anything we need. I also have to point out the amazing quality - it's been about 4 months since the repair and everything still works well as they came in to fix it!

To fix the malfunctioning ice maker in our refrigerator, this business went above and above the call of duty. The technician completed this repair efficiently and correctly. Strongly advise.

I called this company, when my front load electric washer was leaking. The tech phoned to let me know he was on his way early in the scheduled time window. He efficiently determined the source of the leak, fixed the issue and tested the washer. I was impressed by everyone’s customer service.

Recently had my refrigerator repaired. From the time I scheduled an appointment to repair completion was a phenomenal experience. They were in and out of my residence within half an hour to an hour. I highly recommend this company anyone needing appliance repairs.

I can’t remember the techs name who came out to our house, but he was excellent. He did everything he could to get our unit to function and work with us to come up with the best solution when he was unable to. I would use them again in the future for any appliance issues.
