Had trouble with a refrigerator that the water and ice dispensers where not working. I called them in the morning and a technician was at my house that early afternoon. He was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. After making the repair he cleaned up the area, put everything back in its place and moved the refrigerator back into its spot. Took him less than an hour and I am back in business! Charge for his services was reasonable. Overall, a pleasant experience. I will call them next time I need appliance repair work.

He is cool. We had a major problem with our dishwasher draining properly and he came in the next day and fixed it. It turned out that we needed to replace a part in our Bosch machine, so he pulled out a published parts manual that stated exactly how much it cost, which was the price he gave me. Two weeks later we had another problem with the same car and even though it was booked the next day, it still showed up. I decided to ask him to take a look at some minor issues we had with my fridge and oven while he was here and he made a few adjustments on the spot, free of charge.

Just had a great time, he went out to fix my Whirlpool dye machine. I was able to make an appointment on the same day. He arrived on time and quickly discovered that he had blown a fuse and a lot of debris had accumulated in the internal air vent. Cleaned out the debris, replaced the fuse, and it's good as new again. He explained all the time what he was doing, showed me the price in his book and was honest and friendly. I highly recommend these guys to anyone with broken appliances.

I requested a quote on my Bosch refrigerator and spoke to Him within an hour. He came back the next morning, ran some tests, and replaced the fan in the freezer. He told me that the refrigerator needed to be fixed. After 24 hours the fridge still hasn't cooled down. I sent a message to Him. He called me back right away and gave me some tips to try.
