A big thank you to Angel of ABC Cooling, Heating & Plumbing for a job well done. New water heater installed, quick, efficient and priced fair. Angel left the premises cleaner than before he arrived. Thanks also to each of the ABC employees who helped to make this a great experience. They were all, friendly, cooperative, patient and informative.

I was very impressed with the level of customer services provided by Gil. He was the second plumber I called because the first plumber did not fix my slow-draining kitchen sink problem. They both used a 75-ft snake but the difference is Gil used one with a larger bit at the tip and he also went into the drain from three difference locations (I have another sink on the center island). My problem was solved finally and I would not hesitate to recommend Gil to anyone needing plumbing services.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional client manager. Working with a returnong customer with a check around $900.

In 30+ heat I was refused for having a repair. Your technician said that I need to check with my HOA and they could get back to us and refill. When I returned for the fill-in, the manager said they have a mark in their database not to serve our house anymore. I tried (politely and calmly) figure out what does that mark mean and can it be a technical mistake.
Wow.
I was literally yelled at. Manager raised his voice, repeatedly yelled that I don't let him speak out (I was silently listening by the way) and just hang up. Again, I was super nice and polite thought my hands are still shaking a bit. He never responded to a very reasonable questions like - does the fill in has the same code as a unit repair and is is possible to fill ac without making repairs in this unit (or it's an inseparable process). I'm shocked.
No explanations, extremely rude, not a client oriented as well.

Requested for air condition install quote. Estimator came on time.He asked us whether you are taking any other quote and We said yes than immediately he started pickup. Now he was not ready to discuss options or any other information. He said that he is busy and can’t give the quote. On further asking more ETA on when he can give quote he said that in few days. Its been more than 15 days but company has not sent the quote. Very unprofessional and unresponsive behavior. Same thing could have been asked over phone when we took the appointment and said that they can’t give quote instead wasted the time for both of us and still not service.

Be careful when you are trying to request for quote and don’t mention that you are working with other company for getting multiple quotes.

I first heard of ABC in 2011, when I signed up for the Energy Upgrade California program. They replaced my HVAC equipment, including installing new ductwork. I was so pleased with the work they did and the professionalism of the company that I have had them back to do other jobs, such as wrapping my hot water pipes. I also signed up for them to do the twice-yearly maintenance on the heating and air conditioning units. I have other companies do maintenance checks, including a free one a couple of years ago, and none of them are as thorough as ABC. Their invoice includes all the checks that were done and the readings.

ABC Cooling and Heating is definitely the way to go. These guys know what they are doing, they are hardworking and professional - and considerate of their client's space.
I feel so fortunate that I had Allan and Joel assigned to me! They were just fantastic. My mini-split installation posed some tricky installation problems, but they just stuck with it and got it done.
ABC has been around for a long time and their employees seem to stick with them for a number of years.
Jeff Cecchin who came out for the initial proposal was also great, very experienced and patient too.
Don't bother with other bids - just go straight to ABC Cooling & Heating

It was easy to tell the hot water heater was leaking because the whistle was so loud I thought it was a neighbor's kid in my backyard. ABC kept to the price they quoted five months ago (when I should have replaced the heater) and made some special arrangements to get the serviceman out here earlier than originally thought possible. They are truly a very customer oriented service company. And, I love getting the call knowing they're on their way.

Planned and installed a new heat pump system. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the wrong model (different by only one letter) and this was not noticed by the initial installation team when they couldn't get it up and running.. When Sal came out the next day, it didn't take him long to discover the problem, and they worked all day to get the correct model and install it properly. The workers were polite and really careful to get everything right in the end.

We choose ABC Cooling several years ago, to maintaining the air conditioner as I have MS and keeping cool is paramount for my well being during our warmer days. The staff has been professional and has provided solid information on our furnace, air intake and smart Home climate system.

Our furnace conked out during the project of installing solar panels on the roof. ABC sent JC to figure out what the trouble was. I got a call giving me a 30-minute heads-up. The technician, JC, arrived on schedule and was very professional. He explained the best- and worst-case scenarios and then delivered the good news that the repair was on the less expensive side - a fried transformer. He was quick and courteous. Happy to have the heat on again!
