Since I do not have $9000 for the repair quoted, I asked my co-worker who is a handy man to double-check the problematic heater. After 1 hour study, he asked to order a parts from Ebay ( $ 70), replaced it then the heater is back to work. NICE TRY !!

Bruce came and quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, and got the furnace running again. I was very impressed by his skill and competence. I would highly recommend your firm to anyone with a furnace problem.

I have used ABC Cooling for years, and their service has been superior. The techs are prompt, courteous and efficient. Unlike a company that I formerly used, they rarely find a reason for extra costs like "nearly worn out" parts or add-ons.

We hired them to repair some air ducts, remove some lingering asbestos from the ducts, and add attic insulation to our house. On top of this, we had them do energy testing to try to qualify for rebates PG&E provides for making your home more energy efficient. In whole, a pretty big and complicated job. They did great work, and I especially appreciated their client service rep Michael Stone's responsiveness and expertise. They went above and beyond, for example creating a custom cover for the opening between our attic and our kid's room. They filed for our PG^E rebate and we received it. The only reason I docked one star is that the process to get the permitting signed off after the work took a long time and there was a lot of back and forth and confusion with them on this. Overall, I would hire them again.

Justin is a really skilled technician. But the best thing for me was his attitude, his professionalism and willingness to answer any questions.You can find many skilled technicians in any big cities, but not always having good or proper attitude and language.
