ABC Cooling, Heating & Plumbing - Hayward

I was in the market to add air-condition and send out quite a few emails to top five HAVC companies in the area. ABC cooling response and professionalism was the best from right from the beginning to the end. The sales tech was very knowledgeable and did clearly explained about the systems. This followed by a crew of four HAC tech finished the job flawlessly. They went above an beyond to accommodate the constraints with electrical wiring and return vents.
I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for professional, well-designed HVAC installation. Thanks to Micheal, Joaquin, Dillon, and Benny!!

Justin came right on time yesterday to check out my new furnace and did a great job. He wore his little red booties and checked on everything. He also showed me how to turn off the power and the gas in an emergency, and he cleaned the filter at the outdoor spigot and probably got pretty wet!

We had a problem w/ our new A/C setting off one of smoke alarms. Sal came out and he determined because of the relative new nature of our unit, the heater had not run long enough to burn off the oil coating on the unit. He ran the heater and burned off the excess oil residue. Our unit is now back to where it should be. An excellent representative of his company, highly professional and knowledgeable about his companies products, very courteous and timely. Great trouble shooting skills. Thank you Sal.

I'm very happy with their heating and air conditioning installation. They were very nice and professional and there were no problems at all. Justin from ABC was pretty awesome. Very honest assessment of what could be wrong and didn't try to oversell. So many businesses just try to BS you and oversell, really appreciated the honesty. Will definitely call them in the future for any HVAC need.

They installed a complete new HVAC system for me in 2000 and it's still running strong. Scott is the nicest owner/operator. Honest and trustworthy.....spends your money like it's his and only does what's needed.

No respect for our time. They gave a window of 9-1. Did not show up until past noon and when I called they knew they have other repairs to do before my visit. How long does it take for a courtesy call?
People have thing to do as well.
I went ahead an cancelled the appointment.

Great customer service, returned my call in a short amount of time and had a tech out the next day to see what the issue was with the AC. Thomas the tech was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend ABC Cooling, Heating and Plumbing!

Tyler arrived on time. He inspected my equipment and identified a few correctable issues. He was able to recommend the necessary corrections and was able to implement those we accepted. He was great !
