We have had several projects done by Pacific Coast AC Repair and maintain an annual service contract for heating and AC. Their employees, without exception, are pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable. They call when they say they will, keep appointments on time and complete the work or project as anticipated. All this for a reasonable and fair price. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Our AC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and Pacific Coast AC Repair Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.
