Sylmar Services Heating & Air Conditioning

Its 845am 09/10/2015. Ok our ac keeps on getting broken i dont why but im guessing its the heat thats causing it. So we call this company to repair or take a look at it since the ac has stopped working again. Ok this dude is outside right by the ac working on it already trying to fix the problem, so my aunt happen to stop and see the truck outside and ask me why is our ac keeps breaking down, so what i did i went outside ask the guy the same question, this dude just completely went out of control like crazy, telling me to shut up and leave him alone and stop harassing him, my mom and my aunt are outside telling to just shut up and dont mind him no more and thayt let him just finish. His behaviour is so bizarre that i dont know why he is the one trying to be upset for in the first place we dint even do anything, this guy is rude, so unprofessional and has no manners. This person is unfriendly and arrogant telling that when our ac happens to breakdown again he will not fix it anymore, and aside from that he said he was the one working on it the last time and that he dont know why its doing that as well, its prolly a scam for him to fix it or repair it but maybe he does something to it so when a period of time had passed or will pass then he will repair it again. I dont know why he is so grouchy yet again, For me this guy is so unprofessional so scary and unpredictable.
