It was last year in August 2022 when my moms AC unit broke. I contacted Adrian from Fresh Air Conditioning & Heating and he helped us so much. Her AC is still running strong a year later! He served us in Palmdale and went out of his way to return to the Valley to retrieve a necessary piece to install the unit. It was 110 degrees that week and we desperately needed a replacement. I appreciate the wonderful customer service we received, quick, and easy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

The Fresh Air Conditioning and Heating team Replaced the heating and cooling system in my home last year and did a phenomenal job. They were very communicative and were able to get the old system removed and the new system installed in 1 weekend. The quality of their work was top notch and they explained all steps of the process. Definitely a great value for the cost.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I just had to. This company is awesome! I am disabled on Social Security Disability so when my AC stopped working I was extremely worried about how much out of pocket it would cost to get my AC up and running. Called Adrian for an appt. on Aug 2. Alfie was the AC tech who came to diagnose the problem the very next morning. He checked everything, from furnace, thermostat, to AC outside unit. He gave me the quote and other well needed advice. Long story short, he did the repairs, the needed maintenance, and got my AC going. The cost was fair and within my means. Due to my disability, a cool house is beneficial for my health. I can't thank Alfie enough! Today I had another emergency with my AC! Called Adrian, explained the situation and he sent Miguel ASAP to look into the issue. Thankfully it wasn't anything technical or in need of fixing. In 5 minutes or less he found the problem and got my AC running! He stayed to make sure everything was running smoothly. My sincere thanks to Miguel! Fresh Air Conditioning, Adrian, Alfie, and Miguel, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are absolutely great!

Amazing service at a great price! Alfie was able to diagnose the issue with our AC, go get a new motor, install it, and clean the system -- all in less than a day. Another company told us we'd have to replace the whole thing, so we are very thankful for the quick, honest, and friendly service. Thanks, Alfie!

Adrian and his team did an amazing job.The service was great! Adrian would respond to my emails on time. I appreciate the fact that I was able to get a new AC unit + a furnace in a short matter of time and were able to install it couple days after, rather than waiting weeks. I totally recommend this company.

Very professional and responded quickly! Our A/C stopped working on a Sunday mid-day and Fresh Air responded within the hour and sent someone over to take a look that Sunday. The next Monday morning Alfie came early and repaired the A/C on time! Alfie was very professional and went above and beyond in cleaning our filters and checking everything twice before finishing up.

I am very pleased with the service Adrian provided. My AC unit was leaking water due to a broken coil, I called several AC & Heat companies for quotes and suggestions on what needed to be fixed for the leaking to stop, everyone I called automatically said I needed to install a new AC unit which would of cost over 10k except for Adrian, he came to my house and explained in detail what was wrong with the unit and gave me several solutions that ultimately saved me thousands. Also the crew that came to install the unit were very professional, respectful and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company for your next AC & Heat repair. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Tried to charge me over $350.00 to replace a capacitor that was working perfectly. Another AC repair person came over the next day & showed me with his meter that the capacitor was functioning perfectly and did not need to be replaced. When I called the main office to complain they told me that it was normal to replace parts to get ready for summer.

I have no words to thank you for the great service. When I call them up, they gave me a 3 hour window to come over and they came in less than 30 minutes. Adrian was very professional and very responsive. Great service from Adan the AC technician. Awesome work and resolved the issue very quickly. They do also maintenance service and I will definitely schedule one soon. I really reccomend their service 100%. Excellent job!!
