Wonderful experience with this company. Called many companies because my air conditioning wasn't working as efficient as I would like it to be. Spoke to Jim and liked what he had to say, we made an appointment for the following day. His service tech showed up and looked at my air conditioning. He was very helpful in explaining what was the cause of the issue. He the fixed it and it's been working amazing since then. I would highly recommend this company.

Pacific Coast AC Repair had these guys replace my furnace and air conditioning units. I was nervous because it's hard to know what you are getting these days. I found these guys to be honest and good at what they do. They got in and corrected problems with my current venting. Really took their time and made sure everything was operating the way it should. They didn't mind explaining what was going on when I asked. They wanted to make sure that I (the customer) was satisfied. Would highly recommend!

These guys are professional & knowledgeable, they identified the correct problem immediately, unlike the other two companies that saw the problem. Pacific Coast AC Repair technician arrived early, inspected the wall furnace, and identified the source of the problems, including mistakes made by the last service. Presented options for repair with no hard sell, repaired the furnace and advised what service might be needed in the future. These guys are on my list of who to call for heating/AC service going forward.
