Canyon Air Systems

I have used Company A, and Company B (Canyon Air) for several years for my HVAC needs. Over the years I have gotten good service from Canyon Air. However, on occasion Company A could be $2,000 more for a larger job, and sometimes Canyon Air was $2,000 more, even though both seemed like they were doing the same repair / replacement. I eventually walked away from Company A and primarily dealt with Canyon Air. Unfortunately this summer I had another big repair job. Canyon charged me $500 for a repair / part that did absolutely nothing, and then wanted to charge me another $1,200 for another part that they said would fix the problem. At that point I asked for a quote on a new unit. The quote provided was very unprofessional, with not even the make / manufacturer mentioned on the paperwork, much less any model. When I inquired for clarification, the ladies in the office were unable to provide information, and the manager was always in a "manager's meeting". I got a quote from Company C, which was $2,000 less than Canyon's quote. And the new company was much more responsive and provided more information on the equipment being installed. This quicker turnaround was very much appreciated when I had no AC in August. Don't know if Canyon was having a bad month or if management has changed, but I bid adieu to Canyon for now.

This was a second returned visit for a heater thermostat that appeared faulty. Cesar was able to demonstrate a successful repair by replacing the thermostat with an up-to-date monitor & I have had continuous heat while He was servicing my home & many hours later after he left. He was patience & clear about how to operate the new system. I value having him return knowing my previous situation with my heating/air conditioner problem. I would highly recommend using this company & having him be your consultant & repair person. Great job Cesar! Thank you for having me sit comfortably in my warm home today!

The technician Russel Stripling was very thorough in providing maintenance on my two central heating systems. He took the time to ensure all aspects of the systems were in great working order. I would like to have him come back in the spring to provide maintenance on my air conditioning systems.
