Canyon Air Systems

I would like to once again, as I did last year, express my extreme satisfaction and pleasure in working with the folks at Canyon Air (Russell Stripling as well as the invaluable assistance by Gerardo Tecorral and Robyn).

I would like to specifically share my positive experience with everyone who reads this --- past, current and hopeful future customers.

This year The Canyon Air System folks send 2 very knowledgeable Technicians to ensure my Service Call was properly handled a few days ago on Wed, June 21, 2023 .

Russell and Gerardo were very prompt, had all the necessary equipment and parts and proceeded to address the service call in a well thought out streamline manner. The level of professionalism was equally matched by the pleasant and clear communication skills. Russell diagnosed, identified and fixed the few problem encountered in a flawless, time-effective manner.

I cannot say enough about this experience. Thank you so much Russell and Gerardo

We bought our house 2 years ago, an older home with the system in the cellar of the home, and Canyon Air Systems had serviced the AC/Heating system with the previous owner. We figured we would use them and we're beyond happy that we did. We've always had great experiences and they were familiar with our house so that helped. From calling to schedule an appt to the service techs that come out, we never had an issue, they're on time and call with any issues or delays. Recently, Service Tech Phillip Hartsell came out first to fix a cut wire during that happened during construction and then to reignite the pilot on our system. As always, he was super informative, knowledgeable and professional and he really did us a solid on one of the service calls. We use Canyon Air twice a year, to come out and service our system before summer and before winter. If you need honest, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced AC/Heating repairs, you cannot go wrong with Canyon Air Systems.

Great customer service! Have used this company twice now and each time was a good experience. They don’t try to sell you on stuff which I love. They make real recommendations on what you actually need.

Canyon Air and specifically Philip were awesome!! I've had continual problems with my thermostat trying to get my nest thermostat to work, I've had two other each back people try and solve the problem, but no one has. Philip was super thorough, found an issue with my HVAC no I didn't even know could be a problem, and resolved it quickly and explained it to me so I could tell what the problem is and learn. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We were having an issue with our heating system. The fan was blowing but the furnace was not turning on. The technician Cesar Ikar, identified the problem and order the part that was needed to fix it. He came back a few days later, and installed a new piece. He was very professional, friendly, and punctual!

Ceaser was patient especially since I have 3 dogs. Putting them in the yard and back in house while he did his work. Very happy with his work and no pressure to buy anything.

Phil was very friendly and helpful with troubleshooting my system. Explained everything along the way. I appreciated his helpfulness. Very professional. I do recommend!

Philip explained the details of what happened to our AC unit, and gave good advice on what we should do next.I am very happy with his service.

Canyon Air Systems was recommended by our HOA and we couldn’t be happier. We had Canyon replace our AC condenser with a split system (heat pump). The installers were careful and efficient. The previous installation had some wacky wiring which took a while to diagnose and correct, but the technicians were patient and systematic. The cost quote was clear and fair. We strongly recommend Canyon Air Systems.

RJ came through, was super solid with his explanations and knowledgeable. More importantly to me, he was extremely friendly and easy going. I appreciate him and the work done. Thanks RJ!
