American Cool and Heat installed a new A/C unit and heater last week... Answered every question I asked and every answer came quick, thorough and honest. The price for the quality equipment was right on. The team showed up clean and on time, ready to work and completed the job when promised... cleaned everything and hauled away the scrap.Highly recommended!!

Very professional company and easy to work with. I just renovated my historic home and was recommended to American Cool and Heat by a family friend.They assisted us with everything. They were available to help and answer any questions we had. The team ended up doing amazing work and the process was quick. Everything looks clean and functions very well. These guys are great! Me and my girlfriend came home from vacation to a broken heater. After piling on the blankets to keep warm we finally made the decision to have it looked at. American Cool and Heat responded right away and even came out to us for an inspection. That same day, we had the heat on full blast and the price was more than reasonable. The service was excellent, very friendly, intrusive and not to mention very reasonable. Didn't have to break the bank, got my heat back and most importantly... my girlfriend is happy. This is the best repair service around! I hired American Cool and Heat for a heater repair and they did an amazing job, they make sure everything works the way it should before the jobs done and their services are super affordable, This other repair service I found was over charging me for 300 dollars. I couldn't say anything but good words for this company. When my AC broke, my husband contacted 2 other companies to take a look at it and they all try to charge us too much. I called at 8:30 in the morning and we had a technician at my house within 90 minutes. Within an hour after that, our air conditioning was functioning again- colder than ever before.
Our technician was polite, professional, and explained everything very well. I never felt pressured or 'sold to'.

My office AC broke in the middle of the heat wave. Everyone in the office was frantic, will we close the office for the day? the temperature rose to 92 and it was only 11am. I called around but American Cool and heat was the only company that would come out even though they had service calls since 5am. Took no longer than an hour for them to come out and change some electrical work that wasn't working due to overuse. They literally saved the day, there was no way that we could work in the office with temps reaching the 100's. These guys are top notch they work extremely hard in harsh environments. Hats down to the owner rafik and his assistant keep up the good work

Rafik and his team are the experts in air conditioning. They will go extra mile to explain to you everything you need to know to make the correct decision when it comes to fixing or replacing air conditioning units. I called several places around the internet and found American Cool and Heat as one of the most affordable guys out there. They came the same day I called them to my house and worked on it.
