Louis and his partner came by to assess my A/C needs and determined the problem and solution. The latter was to move a vent and to increase the duct size. The communication was clear, and matter of fact. They came just a couple of days later to do excellent, professional work, which they performed quickly. They also were extremely tidy. I am very satisfied.

We own and manage many rental units and require prompt and excellent service. Evans Heating and Air came through for us with expert advise and professional installation of a new heating and a/c system. We had a unique situation with older construction and limited space - Louis, at Evans Heating inspected the space and was able to resolve our problem and install a new unit at a great price and within our time frame. Louis the owner is a man of his word. Danny, his assistant and team have been honest and upfront on all repairs. They thoroughly educate before, during & after. I had to relocate a family member during the coldest season when my heater went out. The team worked diligently. Louis discovered a gas leak involving SCGas Company coming out. Through the cold, rain and unforeseen obstacles not only was the job well completed , but the price was reduced because of delays. There were bids three times higher from other companies trying to rip me off.

Evans came to the rescue the very same day we called them with a non working heating and ac unit. Louis found the problem, ordered the parts and returned the following day to fix our unit.

Louis and his co-worker were awesome- our AC and heater were blowing air, but not cooling or heating. Luis diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced fuses, taped up and secured some old wiring, and seemed to really know how to get an old unit back up and running again. They tested the condenser and the refrigerant just in case, and our AC is blowing cold air again. Thanks guys!! Whole thing took less than an hour, and Luis is a friendly professional. If this unit from the 80’s finally kicks the bucket, I know who I’m going to call.

I wish I had called Louis first! A few weeks before I called Evan's, when my heater stopped working, I called another, different, HVAC company. After four visits and many changed parts...my heater still didn't work. Each new visit was starting to feel like just kicking the can down the road, and I was starting to lose hope my heater would ever work. But I decided to call Evan's to see what another company could do. I'm glad I did! Louis showed up, handled all the peculiarities of my complex with poise (high roof, no parking), and methodically found the root cause and fixed my heater.
