I wanted a high-end evaporative cooler installed on a home I had recently purchased. Nalk came out do to the estimate in a timely manner. Once we'd scheduled the install, every part of the process went smoothly. Not only did they pay attention to how well the system was going to work, they also attended to the aesthetics of the placement of the equipment and vents. Most importantly, they kept all appointments and consistently communicated about when they'd arrive. I'm still waiting for a quote from another company who did site visit one month before Nalk did.

Seriously....Who can you trust these days? The A/C business can be a bit shady if you aren't mechanically inclined & don't know how to diagnose your A/C's issues --- You're at the mercy of the "experts". The past couple weeks I received multiple quotes on an A/C repair job...The first quote, from Allbritten, was about $500 MORE than what I ended up paying with Nalk. The second quote - which I also received prior to Nalk - was much better in that they said the unit was under warranty! Fantastic? Not really....That company said they don't do this particular kind of warranty work...So they recommended Nalk. Bottom line? Nalk did the work significantly cheaper (and faster) than what Allbritten would have done...Even though there is some question whether they are going to reimburse me with the warranty discount. Nevertheless, I am thankful that Nalk showed a lot of integrity throughout the whole process -- I spoke to the owner multiple times...He was very kind, direct and wasn't shady about anything. GO WITH NALK!!!
