So happy they came out to fix my swamp cooler, better than two other companies who came recently. My house feels a lot COOLER. Ben was informative and knows what he was doing! I hope my Rental mgmt place uses this place again! Thank you Ben☺️

Ruben was the tech that fixed my air conditioner and I had a wonderful experience. He was very patient, answering all my questions, and explained everything in perfect detail. I'm very satisfied with Nalk air-conditioning, they were all very helpful and the prices were very good! I will definitely be using them again.

Ruben and his colleague were amazing! Ruben came to do the initial inspection and we were very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. Very communicative re appt reminders the day before, as well as when he was en route. Once he arrived, he was awesome! Did all the duct work, plus some extras. Replaced some vents. Even repainted areas that needed it once the new vents were in place. Absolutely amazing service!!! We will never use any other HVAC company other than NALK going forward. We had 4 other companies come out and there was no comparison to NALK! If you have any HVAC issues, don’t waste your time or money. Call NALK first and ask for Ruben!!

Excellent professional service provided by Ruben …arrived on time worked quickly was careful not to track dirt onto floor …all office/field staff are customer friendly and reliable…as well as regular service used them to replace heating/cooling unit…works well/runs quiet/efficient
