Update: 3months after they came and worked on my home(pge weatherization program) my unit stopped working. They scheduled an appointment between certain times. I waited and waited for any tech to stop by but one ever did! No call no show!!! I call back and they scheduled me for another appointment 2 weeks out! I told the guys when they were here that my unit would short cycle even had space heaters. They kind of brushed it off and they gave me a paper and said if it breaks down they would try to fix it and if they couldn't fix it they would replace it, but now I am hearing otherwise! The 2nd appointment they scheduled for me was supposed to be this coming Monday and I received notification that it was cancelled too!!! I would have to wait ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for an appointment that they will probably be cancelled for the third time! So for now we will have to wait out these hot days out! I am definitely not satisfied and think that this is extremely unprofessional of a company to do! They lie and sell you this story about how they’ll give you a year guarantee with that paper, that they will come a fix it if it breaks down but they just give you the run around! I was also supposed to receive a refrigerator with this program and they never brought it. There a lot of residents on my block that have been waiting since January too. Unbelievable. I will also be contacting PG&E.

I had them come out for a routine maintenace check and the man (Damien) was on time, friendly, informative and he really knows the business. Not only that he was patient, and seemed very honest. This is the kind of service I expect when I call the pros! Great company will recommend!
