The crew from Balanced Comfort installed insulation in my attic today. They arrived right on schedule, they were polite, answered all of my questions and concerns before they started, explained exactly what they were going to do and they completed the job in the timeframe that they promised. They were neat and there was nothing to clean up after they left. I don’t think it could have been a better experience.
