Rick Martinez is a great technician. He knows what he's talking about when it came to my a/c unit. I trust his judgment and workmanship. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well and didn't make me feel like I was in his way while he worked on the unit. Thank you Rick!

This company is absolutely amazing! Not only did they come on time but early they came in got the job done! They were super respectful in every way, they communicated with us, and showed us everything that they were doing to make sure me and my mom as well as my fur babies were warm for the winter. I’m writing this review to say please go to them for repairs for any cracks in your doors, rest Rooms or any other place where Cold air is coming in at and they will take care of it! Thank you to Jose and the other gentleman that came with him to get the job done! We are super grateful for everything you both done in our home! Also, thank you for being so amazing to my mother. Alberto and Jesús worked on my house doing weatherzation repairs and replaced back and garage doors, they checked for any leaks under faucet and replaced shower head. They were respectful and fast.

On SUNDAY MAY 7, 2023 a little after 12 pm; RICARDO M. Awesomely nice & patience when he arrived due to my son was showering know that the plumbing tech is on his way!!! All I can say is that Ricardo did a good job & figuring the problem of the toilet! I would recommend him to anyone

I have never written a review for any company before but I just had to do so in this case. I first called this company to do a simple P-Trap replacement and the guy that came out told me it would be $500. I asked why was the price so high for such a simple job and he told me that it wasn't him but whoever he was communicating with on his tablet setting the price. On top of that he didn't even come prepared to fix this seemingly simple job. He left for about an hour to "get more parts" to finish the job. I paid the $500 plus about $170 more for the HVAC maintenance plan (the one that's advertised for $99 right now).
When I made my first appointment for HVAC service I expressed my concerns about being overcharged before and was told that the technician that came out was no longer with the company. I was also told that someone would be contacting me to go over the details of my last service. I never received a call. Recently I had my second HVAC service and complained again about the poor service and was told that someone would be giving me a call and again - nothing. This company has horrible customer service and I will never do business with them again and you should not either. Even though that $99 price for HVAC service seems like a good deal I'm sure that's just to get you in so they can overcharge for everything else and not care one bit about treating you with the respect you deserve.

They were very nice and on time. The fixes were made fast and efficiently. Overall, very professional service; Jesus and Junior were the ones that helped. Would reccomend!
