Great!! The tech was very honest and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me a whole unit because of a faulty breaker. He called when on the way to shorten the window, and was very professional. I will have them back as soon as I get the electrical issue fixed to tune up the AC.

The tech arrived in about 25 minutes, he rang the doorbell and gave me a nice greeting. When I told him to come in he stopped and put booties on his feet to protect my floor! ! (This is a big deal) it showed that he was not there to do a sloppy job.

They had one that came in and removed the old unit, the next one came in and took everything off, then the next one did the next part. They were extremely well coordinated and made this whole process smooth. I would recommend them without hesitation!
