Ernie was great. Our furnace needed some serious maintenance and Ernie came and walked me through the entire process. He was up front and made sure to show me what exactly needed replacing. He took the time to clean it up and came back later to replace the necessary parts. I definitely recommend Heritage Valley Air.

I had Ernie and his crew service my AC and Furnace. They cleaned both very quickly and efficiently. They then came back to finish some work in my attic and the condenser for my furnace. Ernie showed me pictures of before and after of what it looked like and how amazing it looked afterwards. He also fixed a gas line that wasn’t up to code. At the end of all of this I saw he did solar panel cleaning. I asked him about it and he was able to clean our panels right away even though he was finished and was about to leave. I highly recommend going through Heritage Air. They had a fast response, friendly service, and were clear on everything that needed to be done.

I just had Ernesto out here with Heritage Valley A/C. We are having a problem with our Nest showing no power. He was able to come dissect the situation realize that I had a bad breaker at the main panel went ahead and swap it out for me. Now I’m able to keep my house warm.

Having an army (4) of technicians together with their supervisor (Ernie) to complete a job shows competence and good customer service. They also provide honest recommendations and not the usual scary tactic. The fee might be a tad high but the value and service makes it all worthwhile.

I have used Heritage Valley twice now. Both times they were very responsive and showed up in less than an hour. Ernie explained all the details when our thermostat stopped powering on and was quick to diagnose the issue. The second time our fan and condenser had stopped working. It was 108° outside at 4:30pm so I had a feeling we might not have AC for at least a night. Nope!! He had Vince at our door within 30 minutes. He had our AC working in less than 10 minutes. Technical experts and excellent service! Highly recommended to everyone.

We had our ac go out on the hottest day of the year, and while I knew what part I needed and being hvac trained to fix it myself, it was Labor Day weekend! Every shop within 100 miles was understandably closed, but a quick call to Ernie confirmed he not only had the part, he wouldn't overcharge for it, and he was happy to deliver it to our house 2hrs later as well as add valuable tips for the installation. Heritage Valley Air saved the day for us, and 5min after buying the part our ac was up and running again flawlessly! Incredibly thankful for this company going above and beyond on a holiday, and happy to support a local small business!

I have used Ernie for both my personal home and my rentals HVAC maintenance and repairs. He is honest and upfront with what can and cannot be done. He gives you the options available and lists the pros/cons for each choice. I will continue to use him because I trust him and his guys. Always respectful and easy to work with- highly recommend!
