    So happy with the service I received! My AC stopped working in the early morning and I called them at 8am. They were able to get someone out the same day to take a look. This was in the middle of a heatwave and I know their service was in high demand. I received a confirmation e-mail of my scheduled appointment time, a phone call when the technician was on his way, as well as an e-mail of the technician's photo.

    When the technician, Donavan, arrived he was extremely professional and polite. Within minutes he had the problem narrowed down and provided me with an estimate of what was needed to be done now, what was recommended to be done now, and what would be recommended for the near future.

    Donavan was also prepared to provide paperwork on new units and had a list of neighbors' names and phone numbers as references for their work. Talk about a step above!

    I also received an electronic receipt at the end of his work. I understand that not all businesses can afford to have this technology available, but it is so helpful and appreciated when they do! Donavan was very thorough in his work and recommendations and friendly throughout the whole interaction of doing his work. I've had other companies out for quotes on work before and My Guy Heating & Air was definitely a step above any other company I've dealt with before.

    Called on a Saturday to report a warranty issue with my AC unit. CJ was our tech, we were very impressed with his knowledge.     Donovan, the office staff and installation team provide exceptional customer service. We returned from vacation to no heat and feel very fortunate to have found My Guy. Donovan spent considerable time working to resolve the problem and ultimately helping us decide on an optimal furnace replacement. This is the type of company you hope to find.

    Call me impressed! Brian Armstrong gave me a call letting me know he was on his way. That's very important. Some guys at other companies say they will do it, and then never do. Thankfully, Brian did! The office even called before hand too to let me know the status. Brian knew his stuff, diagnosed are cooling issue almost instantly, explained everything in detail, was courteous, and friendly. He recommended some preventative stuff and wasn't pushy about it at all. Just suggested that might want to do it given the age of our unit, what the benefits would be, and how much it would cost. It was a no brainer though, we did it. Even before he showed up, the office staff was awesome too. Great communication on their part. They gave me a couple hour window in which I would need to be home. Thankfully, no waiting all day. They sent me a couple reminders too. All in all, very professional company. I work in the service improvement and training industry, and these guys don't need any improvement! How's that?! My guy is my guy!

    Just had the pleasure of doing business with My Guy Heating and Air. My AC stopped working because I attempted to replace my old, battery operated thermostat with a new WiFi thermostat, but I couldn't get it to work.

    Tried putting the old one back on and when I turned the power back on, only the blower would run non-stop and the 3 amp fuse would blow. Oops!

    I called around to about 12 different HVAC companies and solo outfits, some never returned my phone call and others offered me service appointments two weeks later!

    So, I called My Guy Heating and Air. Left a voicemail and a few hours later I actually got a call back! Kay was able to setup an appointment within four days, due to the heat wave, they were booked solid and that was the best she could do. So, I took it!

    What followed was amazing! I received several email updated about my pending appointment. The day before, Kay called to confirm my appointment date and time.

    The day of the appointment I receive another email update and then the service technician, Jared, called when he was about 30 mins away.

    Then Jared shows up promptly at my door. He's got his ladder, uniform and booties to put over his shoes and he's ready to start fixing my AC! Jared laid down a blanket under the ladder, to catch any debris falling from the attic access.

    Jared was shocked to find a veritable rat's nest of HVAC wires and cabling from previous HVAC technicians and apparently they did a really, really shoddy job of cabling the new furnace we had installed in 2018.

    So, after about an hour and a half up in the sweltering attic, Jared cleaned up their mess and now all of the wiring and nice and neat and easier to work with in the future. Jared then proceeded to wire up my new WiFi thermostat and low and behold, it actually turned on and started working!!! Jared set it to heating mode and made sure the furnace was firing up. Then changed it to cool mode and it turned on the compressor and started blowing cool, refreshing air!

    I was just so impressed with My Guy Heating and Air. Specifically with Jared's professional work ethic and how much pride he takes in his work! He is simply the best!

    Stop reading this review and just call My Guy Heating and Air and setup your appointment already! :-)

    I was having issues with my air conditioning unit. CJ was sent to my house where he went through the entire system top to bottom and diagnosed the issue perfectly. He took the necessary steps to ensure my unit would be running more efficiently than before. Cleaned out every part of my heater and AC unit completely,sealed the system, and charged it! CJ was very respectful and professional and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it I was very pleased with his professionalism and will definitely hire my guy heating and air-conditioning for any future jobs and refer them to friends and family for the great service they provide. Thank you my Guys! And a special thanks to CJ.

    Simply OUTSTANDING! From the Free Assessment to the final walk-through MyGuy was above all imaginable standards. CJ conducting the assessment, was very thorough, measuring each room, inspecting the attic, power available to ensure that the Designed System was just right for my house. No guesswork with MyGuy, this system was engineered for my house! I was surprised when the other 4 bids came in that MyGuy was the best price also.     The Service Technician, Brian Armstrong, was on time, personable and efficient in servicing my air conditioning unit I previously purchased a new A/C unit from My Guy and Caleb responded within an hour on a Saturday and found the issue with my old unit. Decided to replace the unit given the age of the old A/C. Again, top notch service and staff. Highly recommend for all HVAC service and installation.
