Even from the start in setting the appointment was smooth and clean. I was sent reminder emails to keep me informed on my appointment, huge help! Caleb was professionally, and informed me in recommendations of was to save money and not try and to up sell me on unnecessary service or product's. My Guy Heating and Air came to my rescue today! My AC unit was not working right. Jared the technical was courteous and professional. He was able to find the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to fix the unit in the same visit. Thanks again, I will be calling again for my system check for my heating system in the fall.

I had the good fortune to have Jared of My Guy Heating and Air work on my mini-split A/C unit today. After unsuccessful repair attempts by two other companies, Jared and My Guy had me up and running in under an hour. I can’t speak highly enough of Jared’s expertise, knowledge and friendliness, and that, combined with My Guy’s quick response and reasonable pricing, makes Jared and My Guy Heating and Air my new ‘go-to’ company for future A/C service and repair. Great company!

I had just had my AC tuned up the month before, but it stopped working. There was air blowing, but not cold air. I used My Guy Heating and Air rather than the company that did the tune up because of my schedule and the need for a service appointment ASAP. Brian Armstrong was my technician and he was timely, kind and very informative. The service that was needed for my AC unit should have been caught by the prior company, but was not. They didn't clean the unit or provide a screen. My Guy Heating and Air will do that all and more for about the same price. He educated me for the future and I feel much more secure with their service than any prior company. The office is also very pleasant to work with.

While looking for an annual maintenance service for our heating/cooling unit, I stumbled across My Guy & their amazing reviews. I contacted them the same day & was able to make an appointment for a little over a week out - on a Saturday, no less! They gave a window & advised that we'd receive a call from the tech prior to their arrival. Plus, their "membership" is only $99 a year for two visits - you really can't beat it.

Thankfully, it wasn't all too good to be true. CJ was our technician and, as promised, he called us about 20 minutes prior to arriving. He was friendly, efficient, thorough, & made sure to answer all of our questions about our unit. Thanks to CJ, our unit is running properly & way more efficiently than it was.

I would not hesitate to refer My Guy for any of your heating/cooling needs - they are honest, customer service oriented, & deliver quality service!

Recently had My Guy Heating and Air install a new furnace, air conditioner and new attic ducts. Brian did a great job explaining my options and was very patient in answering all my questions. The install went extremely smoothly and it was all done in one day. The installers were very careful and left my house very clean. The furnace and air conditioner both do an excellent job in heating and cooling my house. I really appreciate this company and am glad I have them to help me with my air conditioning needs.

I don't usually participate in the review process, but I'm making an exception in this case. Donovan stopped by my home to inspect my furnace and discovered a couple of issues that required service. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and why. Usually I have to wait for parts to be ordered, schedule a new appointment to have them installed, etc., but Donovan was able to immediately handle all the necessary repairs in a quick and timely manner.

I also appreciate Donovan's work ethics and would recommend My Guy Heating and Air to anyone struggling with heating or air conditioning issues.

So far so good! I signed up with My Guy for their $99 program, which includes an A/C tune-up as well as a heater tune-up when it gets cold. In addition, there is 15% off any needed parts or repairs if you maintain your membership. Carrie was very helpful in setting the appointment, and Donavan and Brian were very thorough and professional in their duties and diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this company!

Oustanding service from start to finish from My Guy Heating and Air. We were close to going with another well-rated local company and are so glad we chose My Guy.

Everyone there was so friendly and professional, the price was the best in town.

Storm, our installer, helped me bring in my trash cans on the morning of our install. I mean c'mon! It's not often people go above and beyond like that.

The installers were very mindful of Covid safety measures and wore masks the entire time they were in our home.

They finished quickly and everything seems to be working perfectly.

Jared from My Guy stopped by on Monday to do a regular maintenance and tune up. The outdoor unit was on the roof and he checked upon everything in great details and explained everything he found. He also helped clean the non-disposable filters installed. He finished the job quite quickly and answered questions I had. I would recommend My Guy and especially Jared Stein-Roe for any furnace/AC tune up.

We had problem with our heater. I called few places and had very upsetting problems and unethical treatment. Finally, called My Guy, talked to great dispatcher.
She send us Brian (Brian Armstrong). Brian is just very professional and knowledgeable. He tested the system and found the problem right away.
I strongly recommend this company. Especially ask for Brian. They are very reasonable in every terms.
