The installation dept technician quickly found the source of a difficult electrical problem with our mini split and provided new wiring to fix the issue. The technicians are highly skilled, diligent. efficient and courteous. The front desk staff are prompt and friendly. The turnaround time from my first call to completion of a difficult project was very quick as they went above and beyond to accommodate.

I needed my AC put up to code and called Elim AC and they quickly sent someone out to inspect. They did a great job with the corrections and I passed inspection. Super thankful for their quality work and attentiveness to satisfy our needs. Will definitely be calling them again for our AC needs.

Beyond 5 stars…..my AC would not turn on and I was desperate for same day service. Get this: Marco called me within minutes of messaging and helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Once he had an idea of the issue, he said it was a simple fix and hopped on a video call to walk me through it. I had to run to Home Depot for a tool. He told me what to get, and jumped back on video to walk me through finishing the job. Long story short, got my AC back up within and hour, and he wouldn’t take any payment- just being a good human! He certainly deserves your business!

What a great experience. We are so happy we found ELIM. Our furnace went out last week. I contacted a few businesses to get new system quotes,but ELIM definitely gave me a good price and the job was done in the estimated time. The office staff was really professional and helped us with all the questions we had. Highly recommended

Highly recommended. I got a couple options for HVAC replacement, and they gave me the best option in price. The job was completed in the estimated frame time.

I modified my work schedule to be available for the 2-hour window of 3-5 pm the company requested on 3/24/2023, and the tech canceled during my scheduled time frame. The customer service representative was friendly, and I rescheduled for 3/25/2023 with a waiting window of 8-10 am. The technician canceled for a second time one hour into my waiting period. Both of the cancellations were due to the technician being too far away. Big red flag if the company and its technician can't manage their work time frame.

Even though I already had other estimates. I'm so glad I contacted Elim HVAC. I was reading the LA Times best of the Southland and saw Elim HVAC listed. So I called them. I'm very pleased with my new AC/furnance installation. Ramon took the time to evaluate my unique needs. Any issues that came up were adequately addressed. They even installed two QuietCool Solar Roof Mount Attic Fans at no additional charge. I would use Elim HVAC again.
