I met with Marco and he was early to the appointment, was understanding of our situation for our upstairs unit, and very professional and polite. They had the patience to talk my traditional Asian mom over the phone to explain the estimate, which was also amazing of them. Their final estimate was exactly what we were looking for given our situation to install 3 separate mini splits that we already purchased. Their team was very professional and clean and we appreciated it. We will gladly call Elim HVAC in a few months for purchase of a new 3 mini split system for the front house as well as the installation. Thank you!

Found these guys on a last minute kind of deal and was really glad how professional they handled themselves. Not only were they nice over the phone, they made me feel comfortable by asking me if I understood what they were going to repair and how much. The technician was very knowledgeable and on time. A representative by the name of Christopher followed up days after I had the repairs done and made sure I was satisfied with the work. These guys are great! I will be passing on the word.

I am glad I was able to hire Elim HVAC!! Life savers! They came on time, no hassle, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and did a great job. They even took the time to show us how to maintain the new equipment so it last for a long time. Very happy, highly recommend them!

Elim did a great job of figuring out what was wrong with my heating system & the office staff is very helpful.

Alex was responsive and empathetic to the "ghost" vibration in our 2-year old HVAC. We agreed I should record the elusive noise when it reappears, since it is a shy vibration. Thanks again to Alex and the scheduling staff for rapid turnaround.

(Readers note that this review comes after I had my AC fixed in the middle of a SoCal heatwave.) So the overall experience with Elim was pretty great. My request on Yelp got a response in a few minutes. Scheduling was easy and quick. There was a little hiccup where a cost given for an estimate online differed from what I was quoted on the phone, but the operator didn't hesitate to honor the online quote.

Carlos showed up an hour and a half early for the appointment, but given we were all sweating to death, I certainly didn't mind. He was super nice and openly talked about what he was seeing, explained what was wrong and was patient with my questions. He had the whole thing addressed in less than 30 min and gave me a few tips for maintaining the health of my HVAC unit.

I would totally recommend Carlos from Elim to anyone looking for a repair. Hopefully, you don't get stuck in a heatwave panic like I was.

The crew was on time and did a great job. They accidentally left the front door open when they left but my dogs did not run out, but other than that, a really good job and my dryer vent is cleared and everything works perfectly. Thank you

I recently had a 4 zone mini split installed by Elim HVAC, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Marco and his team did a great job. So happy with the service I received today. They were happily able to come out on Thanksgiving eve - when no one wants to be working - to fix my heater, which works like new now. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be nice and toasty for the holidays but all is good thanks to these guys! Definitely recommend.

Fast and reliable! They always place a priority on us, we’ve had our central ac installed by Elim about 3 years ago and they always come out and put it in tip top shape before summer. I definitely recommend Elim to anyone that is trying to stay cool all summer long
