Last March I had our AC unit serviced for summer and Hermetic provided the best service I have had in the last 13yrs. Showed up on time, was very professional and explained what my issues were, my options, and potential outcomes. Absolutely Happy. Job well done and a good price too!! Ron

I had a wonderful first time experience with Hermetic. More particularly through Javier the owner/operator. I had an issue with the fan not coming on/through the central heat. It was New Year's Eve morning. Very chilly. My 92 year old mother living in my home with me.
My home warranty had no service people in the area and advised me to find a company. I googled heating repair. Many companies came up. Hermetic's reviews were stellar and he was in the same city. I decided to call. He called me back within 5 minutes. Was at my home within an hour. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, repaired it soon after and kept me informed and updated throughout the process.
I highly recommend this company!

Javier is such a great tech. He is very responsive and fixed my AC as quickly as possible. I love that he texted me images while he was at my rental property. I appreciate how honest he is and I would consider using him again!

Javier was not only very professional but on time and did great work! My AC unit was not cooling and with this heat, I needed someone to come out quickly. Javier was able come out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issues. I wasn’t in the area so he was able to send me pictures of the issues and broke it down in ways I could understand and gave me two prices: 1. What needs to be done to have the AC running, and 2. what needs to be done, along with what he recommends to keep the unit operating at optimal levels. I really appreciated the transparency and opted to go with his suggestions. Javier then sent me pictures of the work he performed, checked to make sure it was working and called me to let me know he was done.
Will definitely use Hermetic for any AC/Heating issues I have in the future.

Javier is the guy you want to call when you have any issues with your A/C. He was very professional and did and excellent job. Our A/C unit was over heating and a previous company told us all they could was to replace it but Javier was able to do something to get the unit going and hopefully lasts for a while longer before we have to replace the whole unit. Thank you Javier for your excellent work and transparency. We will definitely keep him as our A/C guy!

Javier did an amazing job installing the new furnace. The house has never felt so cold! Very professional, friendly, informative, on time and spot on with the job. Knew exactly what he was doing. Javier and his team are AMAZING! They recently came out to install an AC Unit and attic equipment and they did outstanding work, very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns.
