Our AC motor died on a Saturday afternoon when we had an elderly guest staying over. It was 120 degrees out and we were very concerned. Javier immediately answered the phone and was able to replace the motor and a capacitor within 2 hours of our call. Amazing! All the other providers seem to be closed on weekends and ‘booked’. We highly recommend Hermetic!!

Javier Hermosillo is very kind; and based by conversations, as you’re given the estimates/quotes, you can tell that he’s not trying to nickel + dime you. The man is honest about his work. Emphasizing on kindness, he is attentive and caring to customer needs. He offered to lend a portable AC to my home since there is a small child in the household - a dire need since temperatures had reach triple digits and nearing teens. The job was so last minute on my part. yet he understood, and made it a priority to push everything through right away since the job was to replace the whole AC unit. He is was very accommodating and quick to response of any changes or updates.

The repair guy came on time and found the problem and it was a burn out transformer that burned out and he offered us discount of 200.00 of a 400.00 total cost for service and parts and he even replaced our air filter and checked out our complete system and was very nice and friendly. I’ll be doing more service with this company. I highly recommend this company and the communication is good

I was able to schedule with Javier at Hermetic Air on short notice; he arrived on time, and gave a thorough assesment of the situation. His assessment confirmed our other quotes - it was time to replace our old, broken and hazardous system. However, he was able to offer us a good quality system at a significantly more affordable price than HVAC companies in Palm Springs. We really appreciated his honesty and positive attitude. His work was thorough and neat with explanations and details on the job that was done. We are very satisfied with his knowledge and workmanship. Hermetic heating and air is the BEST. VERY VERY HELPFUL and Compassionate. Javier(owner) will work will work with your budget, he didn't want to leave a suffering customer like myself, he dropped down $400.. off of my bill just so we can have our ac unit running, this guy is unbelievable.
I wish that everyone who needs help with repairs on their ac unit will go to this company and will not look any further.
Very forthcoming with the issues and repairs that's needed to be done, there's no pressure of selling you anything that's not needed.

I’m so glad God led me to Hermetic Heating And Air when our AC went out! Javier went above and beyond for us (noticed a major plumbing issue in our home and helped jumpstart the repairs with a referral to an excellent plumber-truly a blessing!) Javier was able to come out and get our AC working the same day I called. He was punctual and professional, I highly recommend his services!

We were referred to Hermetic Heating and Air by our home warranty company. Javier arrived at the scheduled appointment time and took stock our situation. He let us know that the Freon needed to be refilled and that a few parts were also in need of replacement. After he finished the work, the AC was blowing cold again, but he did let us know that if the fixes weren't permanent, that the compressor would need replacement. A few hours later, the AC started to blow warm and we called him back.

Javier worked directly with the home warranty company to get the new parts approved and ordered. We scheduled a time to have the new parts installed a few days later. He installed the new compressor and a couple other worn parts within a couple of hours. The AC now blows ice cold and finally cools the house down to the desired temperature.

I really appreciate Javier's professionalism, punctuality and keeping in contact with us. He always confirmed the upcoming appointment and followed up to make sure all was still working as expected. I recommend him for your HVAC repair needs.

Javier came out for a HVAC issue via my home warranty company. AC went out on a Sunday evening and he was able to swing by first thing in Monday AM. Was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable about all things AC. Not sure I've ever met anybody that into AC work. He showed me pictures os his recent installs, and even I could tell those were clean installs. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Hermetic in the future.
