I contacted Pacific AC & Heater Repair after my home protection plan didn't cover what they thought the problem was (4 Zone Controller). I found them on Yelp with great reviews. After communicating with staffonline, he set an appointment for staff to come out the next morning. staff was on time and very professional. He analyzed the problem, thought it was the same thing that the home protection people had thought, told me he needed to get the part and it was going to be pretty pricey ($650). I told him to go ahead, as I had no choice but to get the heater fixed. He wasn't sure how long it would take to find the part, but he said he'd be in touch. About an hour later, he called and said he had the part and could be back in about 20 minutes. He arrived, went to work, and then told me he tried a few other things and we didn't need the part. The entire fix was $250, well below what it would have been with the new 4 Zone Controller. His honestly was refreshing. He easily could have put in the new controller, but instead was able to find what the real issue was. I would highly recommend Pacific AC & Heater Repair . Honest and reliable!
