Green Air

The Green Air guys were amazing. Did an HVAC overhaul and installed a new Solar setup. They were professional and on top of everything, from drafting plans to permitting. After given the runaround by the national guys (Sunrun, Sunpower, etc) I'm so glad I went local and with these guys. Would definitely recommend.

There are so many reasons why I will always go to Green Air for help and the first is Nick's high marks for being a professional who choses to do the very best he believes he can give. All of his team work together with the same high standards as Nick has created. They are all so dedicated in doing the best job for "Green Air". What Green Air has is professional people doing outstanding work. He's become a friend of my husband and myself because of all this good work they have achieved together.

Nick and Green Air installed our Solar One year ago, it has exceeded its projected output and works great! The work was started and completed on time and Green Air completed all the extra work such as getting permits from the city of Benicia. Green Air employees cleaned up their work site daily and they were a pleasure to work with. I love the fact that we have shrunk our carbon footprint.

Absolutely extravagant pricing. Contacted them for a tesla wall charger install. They quoted me 3K for the install. Let me check the spare pot of gold in my yard. Are you using diamond coated wires and coating my garage with diamonds too while you are doing this?

We've been using Green Air for several years now - and we contacted Green Air just before the holidays because our HVAC was only blowing cold air. Our request was responded to the same day, and Nick was out to inspect and trouble shoot the system within a day of response. After inspection replacement parts were identified/needed, so Nick informed us he would contact Lennox order the parts and be back out. We knew since it was during holidays there might be a delay, but we were up and running the minute Nick received the parts. Fast Response time, Easy Communication, excellent customer service.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and great service that Green Air has provided. Nick Donzelli designed an excellent HVAC system for us when we renovated our home in 2016. The system is completely quiet and efficient. We are always very comfortable in the cold of winter and the heat of summer. Our energy bill is low and consistent throughout the the year. His company responded immediately and assisted us when we needed to do additional work on our foundation that required our unit to be temporarily disconnected. Working with Aziz, who oversaw the installation and conducted maintenance on our unit, is very pleasant to work with. We would definitely hire this company again if we were to do another renovation or build a new home.

Green Air is just such a company. Owner Nick Donzelli is just outstanding. I trust him without reservation. His employees are very skilled and fun to be around, a perfect match. They take time to explain items I have questions and concerns about. The office staff - Marquisha in particular is a pleasure to work with; very prompt in getting to me items I need to be aware of to complete a job efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the HVAC and solar projects they have done for me - and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Green Air installed and has serviced the AC units in our home, They are very reliable and very knowledgeable. They promptly return phone calls and there receptionist is so courteous. They provided me with a clear cost breakdown. And the installation staff are very friendly and very competent. They are willing to schedule to meet our needs. In short, I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

My heater was beyond repair, the roof leaked & as I was getting older, summers seemed to be getting unbearably hot. My husband had passed away so any decision to make the needed repairs was completely up to me. And I was a nervous wreck about making such a big investment on my own. I’d had a couple of estimates that seemed really high and the people didn’t inspire my confidence. Then Nick Donzelli came out. I had a million questions & I know I must have been driving Nick crazy. But, he was very patient and always explained all my options and answere all of the many emails I sent him. I was concerned that with a new heater and AC unit that my PG&E bill would be outrageous. He then educated me about Solar & helped me find the appropriate financing I would need in order to add that to job.
The jobs were done promptly and all his men were courteous, answered my questions, and cleaned up after every step of the job. Later, when a solar specialist came out to inspect the work, he was very complimentary of the job that Nick and his crew had done.
