The service was professional and Alferd was as well, willing to take on the job when others were to timid. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to show me things I did not understand and had brought professional equipment to prove he can get the job done.

My furnaces and A/C were not working at my home in Brownsville. Energy Efficient concepts was willing to come to my area and fixed the problems quickly, correctly and professionally. They are a family run business that cares about doing a good job and I will use their services in the future.

I called Alfred this week because my ac broke. I am disabled and the heat exacerbated my symptoms and with it just below the 100 degree mark I was worried when RB Spencer said it was a 6-8 week wait! The closest I could get was still a week off so when Alfred said he’d come by after his last job I was so surprised and thankful! He fixed the motor and put coolant in and his prices are very reasonable- he didn’t gouge me for being after hours. He was very nice, patient and explained things well. With the kind of service I got, this business is going to take off fast when people find they can get the kind of prompt service for good rates like I got! Thank you Alfred!

They are just wonderful Alfred is very knowledgeable he knew exactly what the problem was and had solutions on top of being so polite we won’t go to anyone else from now on if you want an honest company this is the place !

When they came to fix my Heating system they did not connect correctly and made us all sick from a leak CO2, worker stepped on condensation pipe for AC and failed to report or fix and now Im dealing with a massive hole in my ceiling along with black mold

They will not answer or respond to my phone calls regarding this issue after speaking with them

Came out the next day after I called & fixed my A/C during a heat wave. Fixed for a fair & good price!
