Erez responded quickly, even while out of town and scheduled a next day appointment. Eddie was timely and professional. He gave me options and explained all in layman's terms so I could understand easily. Great customer service!

This was my second time with Ultimate.
Eddy did the first check and visit. He was very nice.
Nevertheless, Ezer, the owner, finally repaired it. He was nice, quick and extremely knowledgeable, AS ALWAYS.
And also, last but not least, Jennifer, the lady over the phone who I never met in person, was AWESOME ! Super kind and warm, also very qualified and helpful.
