Eddie was on time and were his face protection face mask which was appreciated . He detected the air problem immediately and fix it no problem and for a much lower cost than expected 😄 I will definitely call Ultimatr Air again. Great experience.

Ultimate Air saved the day for my family. We moved into a new home and a week in the HVAC dies. We had another company in that we had previously dealt with and they would only talk to us about a complete replacement. They took over 36 hours to get back to us with pricing. The quote from that company was $13K! We promptly called Ultimate Air which is now our first call always of course. They came the next day and suggested various options of which was also replacement within moments of the end of house call. In the end we decided to replace the system, because it was old and it made sense. Ultimate's quote was way less and so reasonable. They were quick to get back to us on all fronts and a pleasure to work with. You can image July in the valley not being the time to wait on an HVAC install. They came the day after I approved the estimate to eye ball where the crane would park, and they were back the following morning earlier than their 8 am call time. They made everything painless, including having a crane come to put the unit on our townhouse roof! I truly felt like they wanted to help, and would do anything to make it all happen as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this company and everyone I dealt with. They should be your first and last call.

I felt very confident and comfortable with the service. Eddie was right on time and fixed the problem with my quiet old AC unit without any pressure to upgrade or do any other work I don't need.

I had a technician come out to replace my old mercury switch thermostat. After he got started he discovered that at some point one the the safety features of the unit had been tripped which meant the thermostat was not communicating to the actual unit. Once he tracked down the problem he fixed it and didn’t charge me any extra. I will definitely call them if I have any problems in the future.

Ultimate Air Conditioning and Erez are amazing! After numerous unprofessional or overpriced estimators from various companies we choose Ultimate Air Conditioning to revamp our heating and A/C work done improperly by another contractor in 2011. We were referred to Erez by an Engineer friend in December, 2017 who told us that Ultimate Air Condition had a very reputable reputation for honesty and hard work. Not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. Just Fair pricing for intelligent, well thought out hard work.

Erez promptly arrived for his estimate and gave us the confidence in his ability do do the job. He came up with better alternate designs which even the largest corporate estimators missed. Many HVAC companies have little interest in smaller jobs or use scare tactics to convince you they are your heroes. Erez and his crew arrived on time with email and text notifications detailing estimated arrival times. Even signing the digital contract to commence work was convenient.

Approximately a two and a half day job, Erez neatly installed the new duct work for more even distribution and came back to make any necessary adjustments as needed. Erez and crew are polite, very hard working and professional. He was also very helpful in finding a solution when it was discovered that copper piping was in the way of a new duct that needed to be installed. They always swept up and left the construction debris cleaned up at the end of each day. They truly went above and beyond.

I typically never pay for a job until completed, but in this case when a return air box being built offsite was delayed a couple of days due to the Holiday, I still paid in full once the main job was completed. That is the level of trust which I placed in Erez. There are many "hit and run" companies which overcharge or never come back when there are issues. We have renovated dozens of homes throughout the years and have nightmare stories with other installers. Erez and Ultimate Air always returned when stated to complete the job.

My air conditioning unit was acting up. Called a few other companies they could not get to the bottom of what was wrong. They all suggested to buy a new unit. Keep in mind the unit is only 2 years old. Luckily i found Erez / Ultimate Air on Google. this was the only company to actually figure the problem out this saved me a lot of $$$.
