At first they seemed to act like they knew what they were doing! They put in two new air conditioning 3 ton condenser unit! The next year the air conditioning would not turn on! The system would not operate after 1 year, this after we paid $3,200.00!! I contacted the owner Sergio who continued to give me the run around! Very unprofessional, con artist like person!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Super SHADY company! Air Sytems was hired through California Homes Direct to install an AC unit for a mobile home that we recenlty purchased and installed. Sergio's customer service was fantastic when it came to ordering the unit and having it installed. We paid them $2,800.00 the same day for the work that was performed (lesson learned). About 1 month later we ran the AC and noticed the condenser started freezing and the furnace was blowing warm air. We reached out to Sergio a number of times with little to no response regarding coming out to look at the problem. I finally told him we we had another reputable HVAC company coming out to look at things. His response was “do what you have to do”. The customer service was much differnt than when we needed the unit installed. After 2 inspections, having the freon charged to the correct level, having the system drained, filter replaced and recharged and $1,500.00 later, the culprit ended up being the wrong coil. There was a large gap between the coil and plenum. The air basically bypassed the coil, allowing it to freeze, and would blow warm air into the house. Star Mechanical identified the problem and built a cover to close the hole, problem fixed. Buyer beware when working with Air Systems.

Sergio worked for contractor who rebuilt my house. When there was a problem with the ac he was very uncooperative about warranty repairs. Didn't keep appointments. Just showed up when they felt like it. My personal experience with his company was very negative when there was a problem with the unit.

There was a man named sergio i was talking with he was very rude and short with me based upon how he treats customers i would take my money elsewhere
