The customer service was excellent. The response time was quick and they were so helpful in explaining what the issue was and clearly explained next steps. They were able to repair our AC in one day - Ron is an HVAC genius! I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family moving forward, and will never go anywhere else!

I called Aire Serv this morning after my A/C stopped working (yesterday afternoon). The most likely suspect was a bad dual run capacitor based on some quick research. The highs for yesterday and today were around 100 degrees, so I was preparing for the worst early this morning. I scheduled an appointment for 1 p.m. tomorrow, but Ron was able to show up 24 hours early. He took a quick look and checked the capacitor which he confirmed was bad. 30 minutes and one replaced capacitor later, my house was cooling down again. I couldn't have been more relieved. Ron saved the day for a mere $114. Life is good! I highly recommend these guys for A/C repair.

Wow, just wow. First my air conditioning went out and I got a few quotes from charlatans who told me everything needed to be replaced. He came out and changed some fluid worked great. Then just today my heater went out. I am sure the same companies would have said I needed an entirely new unit again -- not Aire Serv. He came out again, found a small piece that needed to be fixed and charged me for nothing else. Then he cleaned it and upgraded one other $15 piece to make it work better.

I rarely gush, but this an A+++++ company.

Ron was my service provider and the owner, which I didn’t know until I saw his card. He was early and very knowledgeable. This is my first electric home my other homes were gas and electric. I called AireServ because my bills were so high and SCE doesn’t come out. Ron checked everything. He did find an issue that explained why my heating bills were so high. I was surprised and was extremely happy that Ron saw what my issue was. No one else did. He was able to fix it and the next time I have any issues with my heating or A/C units, AireServ will be the first call I will make. So glad my neighbor referred them to me. No need to use any other company.

We had an HVAC making noises like an old DC-3 on takeoff. No Bueno. Was referred to Aire Serv by Realtor, Sharron Parker. Ron showed up on time, after some much appreciated text reminders and communication from his office of his scheduled call. I knew after some initial conversation that he was knowledgeable and had a grasp of the problem. I was prepared to purchase a new outdoor condenser unit, but a couple capacitors later we were back in business. Ron offered to make some adjustments to the inside air blower unit and now we have clean coils and a better filtration system. The price for all his effort and energy was remarkably reasonable. I really enjoy finding a well-run company that I can strongly recommend to friends, clients and neighbors.

Chad was great. We had been putting off having our thermostat and heater looked at for a couple of years. Chad said I could return the thermostat I had just installed and fixed our problem and reinstalled the old thermostat. No shenanigans, just good service. Also he was way early which was great!
