Aire Serv installed our heater 8 years ago and has serviced it even since. They have always been professional and have been on time every time. They have not tried to upsell me, but have always looked out for my interest. I highly recommend them.

They called me first thing in the morning after I requested an appointment after hours. They scheduled an appointment for the same morning with a 2 hour window. Technician was on time and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the AC with ease. The cost was very reasonable and my AC works great. I would definitely recommend them!

I called Aire serv thinking I needed a new thermostat for my heater but it turned out the clock was not set correctly, so Chad reset everything and all was good, no need to purchase a new one.

The assigned technician arrived on time as scheduled, and upon my definition of system behavior he spent the first 5 minutes of identifying the malfunctioning capacitor and the next 10 minutes replacing it and cycling the A/C to confirm operational satisfaction. He was highly trained, experienced without any hard sales. I will highly recommend this outfit to anybody. Kudos!

Ron answered my distress call in a wonderfully timely way when my furnace quit working. It was the thermostat that had quit... he replaced it and had us up and warming up within minutes. So grateful for his generosity of spirit!

Our problem with our HVAC unit was not easy to diagnose. A rodent of some sort got into the area between the air handler and condenser outside and chewed the insulation off the control wires. They short circuited the system, and damaged other components. New wire was installed and damaged components were replaced. Ron, Chad and Anthony all worked expertly to find and remedy the problem. They are a great company to repair HVAC problems

Service person arrived promptly and serviced both A/C and furnaces professionally at a reasonable charge. He is clean, polite and efficient. Very pleased with the work and I would highly recommend.

Tech showed up on time, fixed the problem which was a bad fan motor, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will call them next time I need hvac service.
