Old heater was 40+ years old and very noisy. Asked for new quiet gas heater and new AC heat exchangers. Air handler was suggested and installed, with poor results (more noisy and slow heating). Within a few days, the air handler was replaced with a quiet gas heater, without extra charge, which is proving to be very satisfactory. Company also installed DC charger for electric car.

Angel answered all my numerous questions (ceiling fan direction? In the summer must be changed to counterclockwise to push air down; close all doors upstairs? No, leave all doors open for proper air circulation; repair outside lines to A/C units insulation? Yes, sun deteriorates insulation protecting lines.

I am so impressed by the service I received. My air conditioner stopped working so I gave them a call and left a message. It was late at night but Chad returned my call and told me he would be out first thing in the morning. What impressed me the most was returning my call plus he tried to come out the same evening but had a full schedule. Like promised, he arrived early. He was very friendly, personable and professional. He fixed the issue right away and gave additional tips. I was a little worried that it would be costly but the best part was, it was very affordable and it’s family owned. Thank you so much 😊. I highly recommend.

Angel, Bruce, and their team are very professional and I recommend them 100%. My old 2 compressors went out and I needed an entire new system after 14 years. They put in an entire new system- 2 new compressors, 2 new coils, 2 new ECM blowers. The installation was smooth and flawless and they gave us Zero percent financing for years. On the initial run to cool the house down after installation, the upstairs unit shut off after hours of running. That shows the safety shut off switches that they installed work and are necessary. The old drain line from the bad units was completely clogged, the owner Angel came out and cleaned out the entire line and pipe blockage. And everything has run perfectly ever since. They know HVAC system inside and out and care very much about making their customers very happy. I recommend them for any HVAC work.

We noticed that our AC unit had stopped blowing cold air around 5:00pm. The temperature outside was 101 degrees, while the temperature inside our home was already breaking 80 degrees and climbing. After trying to reset the unit and self diagnose, we frantically began calling all HVAC repair companies in the area. Chad with AM HVAC was the first to answer and was so accommodating. He tried to reach a service technician in the area to come out immediately, but ultimately scheduled us for the first appointment time the following morning at 7:30am. The technicians were on time and very nice. After testing the unit it was determined that a new motor was needed for the outside unit. I was quoted the full price on the spot and was told it could be installed the same day. A few hours later Chad himself showed up to install the motor, but noticed the counterweights on the fan were missing. He immediately left to go pick some up and was right back to finish the job. We will sincerely be using AM HVAC for all of our needs going forward. They were so easy to work with and the price was more than reasonable. Less than 24 hours after our unit stopped working, we were back up and running!
